Abs routine

Been a little while since I’ve updated; here’s a quick ab routine for you to try. Do each exercise back to back no rest and as many reps as you can do with good form:

Leg raise knees dead straight, from floor to 90 degrees
Full sit ups hands behind your head
Jackknifes (V ups)
Side plank with 20kg plate as long as poss either side
Leg raise- from the top to only half way down
Full sit up with 3-5kg med ball
Russian Twist with 3-5kg med ball
Front plank with 20kg plate
Alternate arm leg raise from press up position
Hanging leg raise from chin up bar or in free standing leg raise station
Hanging knee raise
Hanging alternate knee raise
Ab crunch on Swissball – belly button over the centre of the ball or as close to as possible

Try these as part of an abs session or at the end of a resistance workout to really work all the muscle fibres in the abdominals.
