Fat Loss in 30 Seconds

You’re eating 5-6 small meals a day.  They’re all high-protein, low carb and low fat.  You’re staying hydrated by sipping water throughout the day.  Later on in the day when your metabolism is likely to slow down, snack on an Orange in between meals, followed by a Celery stick later.  Lose weight while watching Eastenders.
