The Six Pack

In all my time working in gyms, teaching classes and Personal Training, not a single person has said they don’t want a flat stomach. Some people are honest about it and say they want a set of abs to be more attractive to the opposite sex. Others hide behind a layer of excuses as thick as the body fat covering their stomachs, from the dismissive “I’m not worried about that, I’m really focussing on increasing my Bench Press” to the dissociative “I don’t have the correct genetics to achieve that goal.”
